    I am suffering through a bad shoulder injury, and I've tried every kind of balm, rub, and ointment you can imagine to take some of the throbbing and aching out of my arm, and this is the only one that has brought me some real relief.

    Putting a small amount on is noticeable, but only lasts for so long, where as if you put on a fair amount and truly rub it in, the difference is notable. I put a decent amount on my injured area about two hours ago, and still feel it working strongly.

    The rub has a very nice cooling effect, and it dries very fast without caking up or leaving residue. The smell is comparable to most vapor rubs, and it is powerful, but for the relief you get it is worth it. After all, it's better to smell medicine and not be in pain than to smell good while aching.

    Five out of five for a timely shipped product that truly works!

    I am so surprised this works, but it does. The only problem is you have to use it often. It is so clever being a roll on though. Other products lije it get onto your hands and burn. This just targets the area. For a hard to reach back area it was perfect becasue of the rol on.

    There is a semi strong menthol, but that dissipates pretty quickly.

    I purchased this product and I used it for a couple of days the third day I had a horrible rash broke out on my left thigh and above my knee yes I’ve been in the worst most uncomfortable pain . I called universal labs you can’t leave a message it cuts off too fast before you can finish your message so I called Amazon got a refund and I will never purchase anything again from them I read all the reviews all I can say is purchase with caution !!! I write reviews all the time and have Never had anything this horrible happen to me. Spoke to CSR she was very kind and helpful teresa in. Mississippi
