Well, let\'s talk about it... This is clearly an experiment, so don\'t kill us. Since we\'ve heared about HDR we are searching for ways to do HDR modelling shots. This one was done in a few steps.
1) We shot the empty background, created multiple layers out of it and painted the parts we needed.
2) Then Claudia was shot with 3 brackets, again layer masks were used to bring out the range from the darkest parts of her hair to the brightest one on her right elbow (and sorry, don\'t know why but we lost some range during jpg-conversion...).
3) Colors and focus was altered a bit using layer masks again.
This is clearly not our usual stuff. That\'s exactly why we wanted to hear your opinions, good or bad!
Thank you very much in advance, cheers, Claudia + Oliver |

I appreciate this picture. As to opinion - it looks interesting, unusual, and IMHO a bit cartoon-like effect; saturated colours, some blur on the body and straightened shadows and lights. I am not a professional, but I like this one and I will take your description of the technique to train my skills...
