Rishyap is a small tourist village and is located in the Darjeeling district of North West Bengal. It is located near Lava at an elevation of around 8500 ft above sea level. The very meaning of the word "Rishyap" is "mountain peak and tree", where nature dwells in her glory. One could see Sikkim on clear day, and at nightfall the glittering distant towns and villages light up as bright stars in the night sky .. |
