The Erotic Lingerie Contest is sponsored by HS Fashion Co. t/as HighlySeducive.com.au and SexyLingeree.com.

The sponsors of the Erotic Lingerie Contest reserve the right at their sole discretion to reject and disqualify any images that are considered inappropriate.

The contestants submitting photo(s) must be at least 18 years of age to enter.

The person(s) or model(s) featured on the submitted photos must be at least 18 years of age.

The contestant may only submit photo(s) that is his/her original work and have never been copyrighted or, if copyrighted, he/she is the sole copyright owner.

It is the contestant’s responsibility to obtain a written release or get permission to use and submit the photo(s) from any recognizable person in the submitted photo.

All contestants must make sure to provide correct and valid personal information. If any contestant appears to have provided false or misleading information, he/she will lose the eligibility to enter the contest or claim the winning prize.

Sponsors do not take any responsibility for pictures that are uploaded by contestants which viewers may find offensive.

Sponsors will show winning photo (1-st place) on their site.

The winning photo will be determined by the sponsors of the Erotic Lingerie Contest and will be chosen from five the most popular photos as voted by visitors.
